Booking your visit

We would like your visit to be at a time most suited to you. To avoid disappointment please book early by either messaging our Facebook page, phoning 02 6766 3998 or booking online through the Urban Vogue website.


We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please be courteous to us and our clients by calling 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you are unable to make it.

If voucher is not presented at time of booking, a $50 deposit is required to secure appointment.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice you risk forfeiting your deposit. Last-minute cancellations will be considered as No Shows in which we exercise the right to charge 100% of the proposed booking cost if this is not adhered to.

Arrival Time

We require you to arrive 10 min prior to your treatment. This ensures you have time to relax with a complimentary foot soak beforehand. As a courtesy to all our guests, treatments finish on schedule, so plan your time carefully as late arrival could compromise the length of your treatment.

Cancellation / Non-attendance

We totally get that sometimes you may need to change your booking (after all life happens!). We kindly request 24 hours notice to any changes or cancellations so we can offer your time to another client, otherwise your booking deposit will be forfeited.

As we have long wait lists for appointments no exceptions will be made. If you are unwell and can’t come in, feel free to send someone else in your place.

Ps! Our online system requires a deposit automatically. If you have a prior deposit on your account, call or email the clinic directly- OR redeem both deposits at your convenience if you prefer to book online.

Gift vouchers risk full forfeit if less than the appropriate cancellation notice is given and last minute cancellations will be considered as No Shows. We exercise the right to charge 100% of the proposed booking cost if this is not adhered too. Please note that we do not issue refunds. In the event of a cancellation, within our our cancellation terms a credit will be applied to your account. In the event of a COVID-19 Lockdown the deposit that you have paid will be automatically credited to your account.

When you book an appointment, that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Gift vouchers risk a full forfeit if less than the appropriate cancellation notice is given and last-minute cancellations will be considered as No Shows. We exercise the right to charge 100% of the proposed booking cost if this is not adhered to. Please note that we do not issue refunds. In the event of a cancellation, within our cancellation terms, a credit will be applied to your account. In the event of a COVID-19 lockdown the deposit that you have paid will be automatically credited to your account.

Packages / Journeys

Packages and journeys are unable to be split and treatments within them cannot be swapped.

Doubles / Couples

Any of our treatments can be made into doubles appointments. You can choose to book our doubles room or enjoy your treatments in individual rooms at the same time. As booking doubles online can be a little tricky, please message through Facebook or call our Spa on 02 6766 3998  for any enquiries.

Wine and cheese platters for doubles are available upon request if not already included in your package type. Choose from either sparkling, white wine or red wine. Non-alcoholic options can be provided. We will also provide you with our selection of cheese boards. You are required to give 48hours notice for any dietary requirements that need to be followed. Failure to do so could result in your requirements not being met.

Minimum Age

Minimum age is 12 years of age and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

To maintain the wellness and relaxation of our Day Spa, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your spa treatment. We do however allow children to enjoy certain spa treatments within our guidelines.

Medical / Accessibility

Your health and well-being are our top priority. For your safety, you will be asked to complete a confidential questionnaire that includes questions regarding medical conditions. Our highly trained staff will ensure that your service is suitable.

Wheelchair Access: Unfortunately, Urban Vogue Day Spa has no direct wheelchair access. Please ask us for any assistance you require to access the spa, and we will do our best to assist you with your enquiry.
