Terms & Conditions – Wellness - Unlimited Infrared Sauna Membership
Membership Fee: The monthly fee for the Unlimited Infrared Sauna Membership is $49. Payment will be automatically charged to the member’s nominated account each month. A surcharge of 3% will be applied to all payments.
Establishment Fee: A one-time $7 establishment fee applies to all new memberships.
Session Booking: Membership allows for unlimited single 30-minute infrared sauna sessions, subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended to secure preferred times.
Cancellation Policy: Memberships have a 6-month lock-in period. After this period, you can cancel at any time with a minimum of one month’s notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Urban Vogue. (Some extenuating circumstances may be exempt at the discretion of Urban Vogue)
Non-Transferable: Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared, transferred, or assigned to another person. If you wish to bring a non member they will be required to pay the cost of a casual sauna session.
Price Changes: The monthly membership fee is subject to change after 12 months. Urban Vogue will provide sufficient notice to members of any price adjustments. After 12 months it will automatically renew to $65 per month.
Payment Terms: All payments are due monthly on the date specified during sign-up. Members are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate and up to date.
Changes to Terms: Urban Vogue reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance.
Membership Suspension: Urban Vogue may suspend or terminate a membership if terms are violated or if payments are not received.
Health & Safety: Members are responsible for their own health and safety while using the sauna. Urban Vogue advises consulting with a healthcare provider if there are any concerns about using infrared sauna treatments.
