Skin Needling (existing clients only)
The device we use, EXCEED by amiea med is the only machine TGA approved, it is a medical microneedling device clinically proven to visibly reduce wrinkles & treat acne scarring, in particular, to reduce the depth of scars and to normalise the skin structure.
The gentle stimulus provided by medical microneedling is considered far more effective than many other more invasive and expensive skincare treatments. It is a quick & easy technique with little downtime. After a course of treatments, skin structure is visibly revitalised, rejuvenated, replenished and regenerated.
Microneedling requires pre and post skin preparation. An initial consult with your therapist will determine an appropriate treatment plan.

Does it hurt?
Generally, no, skin needling (aka microneedling) does not hurt we tend to say there may be discomfort in some areas where the skin is more sensitive. Exceed microneedling represents the latest technology in microneedling, which has been enhanced for patient comfort.
What's the downtime?
There is very minimal downtime, you skin will be red for a short time post treatment and there will be prescribed aftercare instructions for the first 24 hours however there's no peeling or prolonged redness in the skin with needling.
